HomesHub provides an informational organization and continuity tracking platform. HomesHub does not provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or draft formal legal instruments. Use of this service does not establish an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HomesHub platform, website, and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2Ownership of Household Data
You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all information, metadata, records, and designations entered into your household workspace. HomesHub will never sell, rent, or commercialize your personal or financial data to third-party advertisers or brokers.
3Document Register & Zero-Knowledge Architecture
HomesHub tracks the existence, metadata, and physical or digital location of your signed estate documents. You are not required to upload confidential PDF files or legal document scans. You are solely responsible for ensuring the physical security and accessibility of original documents stored in home safes, safe deposit boxes, or attorney offices.
4Sharing and Trusted Contact Permissions
You control access to your household workspace through role-based permissions (Co-owner, Trusted Contact, Advisor). Any access granted to third parties or licensed professionals is authorized directly by you. You may revoke access at any time through the Sharing & Trust dashboard.
5Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomesHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, or any reliance on readiness findings and suggestions.
6Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
