Privacy Policy & Household Data Sovereignty
Last Updated: January 2026 • Effective for all HomesHub households and trusted partners.
1. Our Core Privacy Pledge (DF-11)
HomesHub was founded on the fundamental principle that family estate information is inviolable. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker household data to any third party, financial institution, advertiser, or data broker.
2. Partner Isolation & Co-Branding Privacy
When a household is onboarded via a trusted partner (such as a real estate brokerage, property manager, estate attorney, or employer), the referring partner receives zero access or visibility into the family’s estate contents, asset balances, uploaded deeds, or designated beneficiaries. The partner relationship is strictly limited to license sponsorship and co-branding presentation.
3. CCPA / CPRA Consumer Rights
Under California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations, all HomesHub users across all 50 states enjoy complete data sovereignty:
- Right to Know & Export: Full machine-readable export of your Living Graph and documents at any time.
- Right to Delete: Complete cryptographic erasure of household records upon account termination.
- Right to Opt-Out: Not applicable, as HomesHub does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
